Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.

    Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight.
    • S&H is calculated using the size and weight of your specific package, with a .95 minimum within the U.S. We do Not ship internationally. We CANNOT Ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands or American Samoa. All orders placed for local pickup at our location are charged a .00 pick up fee. Please allow 3-6 week days To process your order before calling for a Tracking number. Most orders ship within 3 business days.
    • Items that are oversize, or heavy, will be charged actual shipping costs. Items exceeding 104 inches in total girth Cannot be shipped. Glass Windows, Windshields and Back glasses cannot be shipped. Fluids, ie: Antifreeze, Car Batteries, Transmission fluid, Engine oil, washer fluid, Etc. cannot be shipped. Hoods, Bumpers, Fenders, Tailgates and Quarter panels Cannot be shipped. Large solid Brake and A/C lines cannot be shipped. Long Exhaust Pipes Cannot be Shipped.
    • All new customers must ship to the "Billing Address" for the first order. Afterwards, may ship anywhere.
    • The online Toyota parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide, and does not reflect the availability or stocking status of the items. Due to monthly manufacturer updates, They will occasionally discontinue or supersede a part number, thus effecting a price change or availability. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur. Due to the nature of this catalog, prices are subject to change at any time, even after placing your order.

    Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

    Toyota has changed it's import and export rules. We can No Longer ship International. We can ship only to the Continental United States and Alaska. We are not allowed to Ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Canada or American Samoa.

    In the Event that you do receive a damged part, You have 6 days from the date of receipt to file a claim with the Carrier. After that, You are responsible for cost to replace.
